Review your setup
Open AppBuilder from Shopify Admin and use the dashboard checklist to confirm your store and catalog are ready.
Find practical help for shaping your storefront, checking the shopper experience, publishing a web app, preparing native apps, managing your plan, and protecting store and shopper data.
Work through these four checkpoints in order. You can return to the builder and refine the experience before publishing again.
Open AppBuilder from Shopify Admin and use the dashboard checklist to confirm your store and catalog are ready.
Use Builder to arrange pages, navigation, colors, type, imagery, and the shopping features you want customers to use.
Check the mobile preview, open products and menus, then save your draft when the experience looks and behaves correctly.
Start with the web app for fast device testing. Prepare Android or iOS only when your own platform accounts are ready.
A polished app is more than brand colors. Check what shoppers can find, tap, understand, and complete from each screen.
Set your logo, colors, typography, banners, and content sections in Builder. Keep important products and actions near the top, and review generated text before saving it.
Confirm every enabled destination has a clear path in your bottom navigation, menus, home sections, or product flow. Remove links to anything you are not ready to offer.
Open menus, search, a product, the cart, account areas, and checkout handoff. Test long titles and real catalog images, then save the draft you intend to publish.
The installable web app and native store apps are separate destinations. Publishing one does not automatically publish the others.
In AppBuilder, open Publish, choose the web app, complete the readiness checks, and generate or regenerate it. Open the live link on the device you want to test.
On Android, use the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. On iPhone or iPad, open the link in Safari, use Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. Wording can vary by browser and device.
Native apps require merchant-owned Google Play or Apple developer accounts and the release credentials requested inside AppBuilder. Keep those accounts, agreements, fees, and credentials current.
AppBuilder can help prepare configured native builds and run readiness checks. You remain responsible for reviewing the store listing and release, and Apple and Google independently decide approval and timing.
Use the Billing page in AppBuilder to compare available plans, included features, and usage limits before making a change.
Select an available paid plan from Billing. Shopify shows the charge for your approval before the paid subscription begins.
Check the plan and usage bars shown in the app before using metered features such as AI actions or builds. Limits reset or apply as described on the Billing page.
Manage your subscription through Shopify Admin. Uninstalling the app cancels its subscription under the terms shown for the service.

Use the route that matches whose data is involved. The Privacy Policy contains the complete retention and deletion details.
After uninstall, store data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. An authorized merchant can request earlier deletion by emailing support and including the store's .myshopify.com domain.
An authenticated shopper can request deletion from the generated app. The shopper may also contact the merchant or Kernvel support. AppBuilder requests erasure through Shopify and removes its related shopper data when Shopify accepts the request.
Include your .myshopify.com store domain, the AppBuilder page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot with sensitive values hidden.
Support email is reviewed during business hours. Response timing depends on the request and the support level included in your plan.
