Slot holds, courier hand-offs, and cash entries are transaction-safe and idempotent. A cancelled or erased order can never be dispatched, a courier job is never created twice, and a bad quote returns no rate rather than breaking checkout.
Privacy by Design
Proof-of-delivery photos are private, served through short-lived authenticated links. Shopper location is requested only on a tap, rounded, used once, and never stored. Full Shopify data-request, redact, and shop-redact compliance.
